In an effort to comply with Governor Jim Justice's "Stay Safer at Home" order, the Marion County Circuit Clerk's office will be re-opening on May 18, 2020. The office will be partially staffed to ensure safe social distancing guidelines. The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals has issued an order directing Circuit Clerks to comply with safe social distancing practices.
- Each customer will be afforded enough time to accommodate their specific needs. Please be patient while we assist customers, the same support will be afforded to you when it is your turn at the counter.
- Only one customer can be inside the Circuit Clerk's Office at a time. Any parties in attendance with you must wait outside of the office.
- Social distancing protocols of six feet away must be adhered to, please use the markers on the floor to ensure proper social distancing.
- The Circuit Clerk's Office will close from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. each day for lunch.
